Set in the serene enclave of Harwan Village, opposite the public garden, Jaadooghar Snow-Capped Retreat sits amid verdant landscapes that transform with the seasons — white and hushed in winter, lush and alive in summer. Harwan is beloved by locals for its greenery, peace, and proximity to Srinagar’s highlights. The retreat also acts as a gateway to the Dachi Gam Wildlife Sanctuary and the starting point for treks toward Mahadev Mountain.

1. Check-in & Check-out –
Check-in is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

2. Guest Policy –
We welcome solo travelers and couples. Please note that local ID proofs are not accepted, and all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver’s License) at the time of check-in.

3. Pets –
To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all, pets are not allowed on the property.

4. Smoking Policy –
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor spaces. Guests may step out to designated outdoor areas to smoke.

5.Property Care –
Guests are requested to take care of the property and its furnishings. Any accidental damage may result in additional charges.

6. Comfort & Facilities –
Our rooms are equipped with air coolers to ensure comfort in the pleasant weather. Air conditioners are not installed.

7. Peace & Quiet –
To maintain the tranquil atmosphere of the property, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

8. Housekeeping –
Housekeeping services can be arranged every 2–3 days upon request to ensure guest comfort.

9. Power Backup –
The power backup supports bulbs and tube lights only. Please avoid using high-power appliances such as induction stoves or electric heaters with the inverter.

10. Dining & Meal Timings –
Our in-house restaurant serves a delightful range of Continental, Kashmiri, and Indian cuisines. Breakfast is included in your stay and is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM). Lunch is available from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM (last order at 3:00 PM), and Dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (last order at 10:00 PM).
Meal charges are as follows:
– Lunch and Dinner (above 12 years): ₹1500 + 5% per person
– Lunch and Dinner (6–12 years): ₹800 + 5% per person
For those seeking a curated dining experience, the 4-course meal is priced at ₹1800 + 5%, the 7-course meal at ₹2500 + 5%, and the chef’s special experience at ₹3000 per person.
