- Review your booking details, proceed to Checkout, fill in your details, and make the payment.
- Your booking will then be confirmed.
- For Enquiry-based properties (with “Enquire Now” option):

No, rooms from different properties cannot be booked in a single checkout.
- You must first complete the booking and checkout for one property.
- After that, you can return to the website and book rooms from another property.
This ensures that each property’s booking details and payments are processed separately.

- After your booking is confirmed, the selected meals and experiences will automatically be included with your stay.
What is the difference between “Book Now” and “Enquire Now”?
- Book Now (Instant Booking):
Properties with the “Book Now” option can be reserved immediately. You simply select your room, meal plan, dates, number of guests, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, your booking is instantly confirmed. - Enquire Now (Request to Book):
Properties with the “Enquire Now” option cannot be booked instantly. Instead, you fill out a short enquiry form with your details. After submitting, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and help you finalize your booking.
How can I add an itinerary to my booking?
- Go to the Cart page.
- In the first section under “Get Personalized Itinerary Assistance”, click the “Add to Cart” button.
- The itinerary service will be added to your cart instantly.
- Review your cart total and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Fill in the required details in the checkout form and complete the payment.
