1. Access to Property:
The property is located just a 5-minute walk (approximately 350 meters) from the main road. Since it is built on a slope, guests will need to climb stairs to reach the rooms and dining area.

2. Dining & Food Service:
All meals are served in the common living areas, and room service is not available. Guests are kindly requested not to bring or order outside food, as food delivery services are not permitted on the property.

3. Footwear Policy:
Shoes are not allowed inside the house. Guests are requested to remove their footwear before entering indoor spaces to maintain cleanliness and comfort.

4. Housekeeping:
Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared before check-in. During your stay, room cleaning or housekeeping services will not be arranged to ensure privacy and minimal disturbance.

5. Quiet Hours:
To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM. Guests are requested to keep noise levels low during this time.

6. Guest Identification:
To comply with government norms, all guests must present valid photo ID issued by the Government of India at the time of check-in. Failure to provide a valid ID for all guests may result in denial of check-in at the discretion of the Host or the Jaadooghar Team.
