Private Dog Pool & Play Zone in Shimla

One of the biggest highlights of our property is the dedicated pet play zone, making us one of the few pet resorts in Shimla with a private dog pool.

Check-In & Entry
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible with prior notice and a small additional charge. Our gates close around 10:00–10:30 p.m.; for late returns, please inform the caretaker in advance. For safety reasons, no entry is permitted after midnight.

Smoking
Indoor smoking is not permitted. Guests may use the terrace or designated open areas for smoking.

Noise Policy
Please keep outdoor noise low after 10:30 p.m. to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Entry is not allowed post 12:00 a.m. Small speakers may be used indoors at a low volume.

Visitors
Outside guests or visitors are not permitted on the property.

Pets
Pets are welcome under guest supervision in gardens and terraces. Pet beds are available on request. Guests may allow pets on beds; however, soiled or damaged linens will incur charges. A ₹2,000 fee applies for indoor pet messes if not cleaned by guests. No housekeeping is provided for pet messes.

Driver Accommodation
Driver lodging is available in staff quarters at ₹800/day, including two meals. Sleeping in vehicles or cottages is not permitted. If drivers stay in a guest cottage, regular guest charges will apply.

Meals & Dining
A small à la carte menu with freshly prepared meals is available on-site. Outside food and cooking are not permitted. Guests may also explore nearby local restaurants.

Housekeeping
Daily cleaning is available on request. The first towel is complimentary; additional towels and bed sheet changes are chargeable. Guests are requested to conserve electricity and water—leaving heaters or lights on unnecessarily may incur charges. Damaged or heavily soiled furnishings must be replaced.

Hot Water
Geysers may take some time to heat, particularly during winter. The caretaker can assist if needed.

Heritage Care
This is a wooden heritage home with vintage furniture and décor. Guests are requested to handle items gently. Breakages or damages may be chargeable up to ₹5,000.

Room Keys & Safety
Room keys will be provided by the caretaker. Personal locks are not permitted on property doors. The premises are gated with secure parking available.

Additional Services
Local taxi bookings, scooter rentals, and other services can be arranged on request. Wine, soft drinks, Bisleri water, and ice cubes are available. Filtered RO water is provided in every room; bottled water is available at a charge.
