1. Room Service & Housekeeping
Room service is not available to ensure privacy and sustainability. However, housekeeping can be arranged every 2–3 days upon request.

2. Self-Catering Etiquette
Guests are kindly requested to wash their own utensils after use. The property follows a minimal-staff, community-style living approach.

3. No Children Allowed
To maintain a serene environment, the property welcomes only solo travelers and couples. Children are not permitted on the premises.

4. Access to the Property
Due to the natural terrain of Kumaon, the cottages are located 40–50 meters below the road level, accessible via a gradual 2–3 minute walk.

5. Property Care & Damages
Guests are expected to treat the space with care. Any damage to property items or infrastructure will be chargeable.

6. No Parties Allowed
Loud parties or disruptive gatherings are not allowed, ensuring a serene experience for all guests and neighbors.

7. Limited Power Backup
Electricity backup is available only for bulbs and tube lights. Use of high-power appliances like induction stoves and electric heaters on the inverter is strictly prohibited.
