Here, the line between the wild and the homely blurs — tigers, leopards, and sambar deer still wander close, just as they did in Fateh’s time.

With just five elegant rooms overlooking the forest and a private infinity pool nestled among the trees, Jaadooghar Courtyard House offers an intimate escape steeped in legacy. 1. Guest Profile:
Unmarried couples are welcome at the property, and all guests are invited to enjoy a comfortable and respectful stay.

2. Smoking & Alcohol Policy:
As a homestay, we maintain a calm and welcoming environment. Alcohol is permitted only within the private area of your room and is not allowed in the common areas.

3. Food & Dining Policies:
Outside food is not permitted on the property, and food delivery services are not available in this location. In-room dining is not provided, and all meals are served in designated dining areas.

4. Pet Policy:
While we love animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed on the property. There are also no resident pets living on-site.

5. Child & Extra Bed Policy:
Children below 12 years of age are not permitted to stay. No extra beds will be provided for children or additional guests unless this has been pre-arranged and confirmed with the property.

6. Property Accessibility:
Guests are requested to carry their own wheelchairs, as the property does not provide them. Please note that the premises are not wheelchair accessible, so suitable arrangements should be made in advance.

7. Guest Identification
To comply with government norms, all guests must present valid photo ID issued by the Government of India at the time of check-in. Failure to provide a valid ID for all guests may result in denial of check-in at the discretion of the Host or the Jaadooghar Team.

8. Finding Keys & Check-in:
Our host or caretaker will personally greet you upon arrival and assist with check-in. Guests may also collect or deposit keys with the building staff. Self-check-in via smart door is not available.

9. House Rules:
To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, guests are requested not to host private parties or events. Please also avoid inviting outside visitors into your room during the stay.
