Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Daily Management
•Oversee the day-to-day running of the organisation and ensure smooth execution of all activities
•Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
•Identify operational gaps and implement efficient processes and systems
Marketing & Social Media Oversight
•Review, approve, and schedule marketing and social media posts in line with the Jaadooghar brand voice and aesthetics
•Coordinate influencer collaborations, stays, and brand partnerships
Required Skills

•Proven experience in operations, hospitality, lifestyle brands preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
•Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing workflows
Expected Salary
1.5-2 Lac per annum
