Cancellation & Refund Policy
Jaadooghar is committed to a policy of freedom in travel, which is why we understand that something may cause you to cancel your reservation with us. That’s why Jaadooghar offers flexible cancellation options based on the policy chosen by the host property — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict.
Before cancelling a confirmed booking, we encourage you to check with our concierge team via Call or WhatsApp at +91-8850516804 or drop us an email at bookings@jaadooghar.com — many bookings can be modified (by dates, number of rooms/guests) depending on availability. We would be happy to assist you. This would be subject to our Rescheduling and Modification Policy given below.

Cancellation Policies Explained
Each property on Jaadooghar follows one of three cancellation policies – Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. Guests are required to thoroughly read and understand the Cancellation and Refund Policy applicable to their selected property before making a booking.
🎄 Peak Season & Blackout Dates (Click to view calendar)
During peak travel periods (e.g. long weekends, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc.), the following special terms will apply across all properties:
- This policy is applicable if any one or more of your booked dates is a peak date.
- No refunds will be applicable for bookings, regardless of the notice period given or regardless of the general applicable cancellation policy to the property booked.
- Full advance payment will be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Modifications, rescheduling, or cancellations may not be permitted, or may incur additional charges.
Guests are advised to carefully review the cancellation policy before confirming their stay.
✅1. Flexible Cancellation Policy
This policy offers the highest level of flexibility for changing plans.
Cancel within 3 days of booking (including the date of booking): Full refund minus standard cancellation fee*
- Cancel after 3 days of booking: 50% refund
- Cancel within 3 days before check-in or anytime after: No refund
*A standard cancellation fee of 15% on the total booking amount shall be levied for refunds processed by Jaadooghar. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
Note:This general timeline gets affected if you make the booking close to the check-in date and cancel i.e. if you cancel within 3 days of the check-in date (regardless of when you booked), the booking is considered non-refundable.
⚖️2. Moderate Cancellation Policy
This policy offers a balance between flexibility and commitment.
- Cancel within 3 days of booking (including the date of booking): Full refund minus standard cancellation fee*
- Cancel after 3 days of booking: 50% refund
- Cancel within 14 days of check-in or anytime after: No refund
*A standard cancellation fee of 15% on the total booking amount shall be levied for refunds processed by Jaadooghar. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
Note: If you cancel within 14 days of the check-in date (regardless of when you booked), the booking is considered non-refundable.
3. Strict Cancellation Policy
This policy is for high-demand properties that require advance planning and commitment.
- Cancel within 2 days of booking (including the date of booking): Full refund minus standard cancellation fee*
- Cancel after 2 days of booking: 50% refund
- Cancel within 30 days of check-in or anytime after: No refund
*A standard cancellation fee of 15% on the total booking amount shall be levied for refunds processed by Jaadooghar. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
Note: If you cancel within 30 days of the check-in date (regardless of when you booked), the booking is considered non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Modification Policy
Rescheduling and booking modifications is a discretionary service offered by Jaadooghar basis a rescheduling/modification fee, as applicable. Therefore, in all cases of change request, Jaadooghar reserves the absolute right to refuse and provide only cancellation as an option.
Following are the general terms and conditions of rescheduling or modifying a booking:
- Bookings can be rescheduled/ modified only at the same Jaadooghar property, basis availability. Relocation to a different Jaadooghar property is not permitted, once a booking is confirmed.
- If the tariff of the new dates is higher than the tariffs of the original booking, the difference is payable to Jaadooghar to confirm the new dates. If the tariff for the new dates is lower, the difference would not be refunded.
- For addition of rooms or persons to the existing booking, the difference in amount is payable, as applicable, to Jaadooghar to confirm the revised booking.
- Reduction of rooms/ persons from an existing booking is not permissible.
⚠️ Other Important Terms
- Your refund amount, if any, will take 7-14 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on the banks and payment gateway processing.
- If the guest checks in and decides to leave early, the booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Jaadooghar
Jaadooghar reserves the right to cancel a booking under the following rare circumstances:
- Unforeseen Events / Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control that make it impossible or unsafe to honour the reservation.
- Property Unavailability: If the booked property becomes unavailable due to issues like maintenance, property damage, or any unforeseen operational difficulty.
If this happens, we’ll offer you one of the following:
1. An alternate Jaadooghar property, if available
2. Travel credit of the total booking amount + 10% bonus (valid for 6 months)
3. Full refund, processed in 7-14 working days
