General Background

Jaadooghar is a travel company that specializes in providing handpicked pristine accommodations including homestays, boutique hotels, BnBs that come with unique experiential activities to make your travels truly authentic. We take care of everything from providing beautiful unique accommodations to coordinating with the owners to curating itineraries and getting you your desired trip.

Only very selective properties make it to our roster, that are not only gorgeous but also aligned with our aim of getting customers to engage in meaningful activities. We want you to be able to indulge in each place’s culture and so we make sure each of our accommodations comes with authentic local experiences.

We select our properties on the basis of three things.

  • We ensure that the accommodations enlisted with us are comfortable and value for money.
  • We ensure that the accommodations are unique and can provide authentic experiences to you.
  • We ensure that food is available at the property.

We depend on research, reviews and our algorithm to design perfect itineraries for you. We take into account your interests, length of holiday, group size and demographics to curate something special for you. Because of this detailed process, no two itineraries prepared by us are the same.

Bookings and Cancellations

You can browse through our locations on our website and go on to book what you like. On your checkout page, we will also ask you if you’d like to book any of the available experiences along with your stay. Basis your selection, you can checkout, pay and reserve with us.

No. You do not need to submit any documents to Jaadooghar directly before making a booking. However, please note that you may be required to submit copies of your Government issued photo ID to the property hosts at the time of or before check-in for security purposes or to comply with local laws.

After you have made a booking with us, you can view your booking by going to the ‘My Account’ section on our website. There, you can help us build your itinerary for a booking that you have made with us by clicking on ‘Itinerary Builder’. There you will be needed to enter your Booking ID and answer some simple questions about your group size, interests, category of travellers etc. Based on your answers to our questionnaire, our travel experts will customise and upload your itinerary in the ‘My Itinerary’ section in your account on the website.

We try to provide the best of our services but we understand that plans may change. If you want to cancel a trip booked through us, your cancellation options can be found at Bookings >> My Account >> My Bookings. Just click or tap on the Booking that you wish to cancel and you’ll find your Cancellation Policy and Cancel Booking option there.

Payments

Jaadooghar has integrated with the payment gateway operated by Cashfree for processing online payments on the website. Cashfree is responsible for processing payments and accepts multiple modes of payment including credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and wallets.

Yes. From time to time, we come up with discount coupons for our valued customers. You can keep an eye out for those on our social media pages.

Yes, you will be required to make full payment of your booking with us upfront via provided online payment methods through our payment gateway operated by Cashfree.

Support during travel and feedback

Once a booking has been made, you can directly reach out to your hosts via phone numbers/ email ID provided to you on your booking confirmation email for any queries related to your booking.

You can also reach out to the Jaadooghar team anytime on our dedicated customer support email ID bookings@jaadooghar.com.

Once you have stayed with us, you will see an option to “Share your Review” for your booking by visiting My Account >> My Bookings section. Here you’ll need to open the particular booking you’d like to share your review and feedback for. We would be most delighted to hear from you where we went right, and work upon our services where needed.
